Ingredients

  • 450 ml orange juice
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. From the orange juice with the pudding powder, but without additional sugar, cook a pudding according to the package instructions and allow to cool. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the almost completely cooled pudding.
  2. Drain the mandarins very well and fold them in carefully. Chill until serving.
