Ingredients
- 1 pck.pudding powder, (cream pudding)
- 200 ml cream
- 300 ml water, mix a few tablespoons it to the powder separately,
- 2 tablespoon raw cane sugar, heaped up
- 20 g iner, freshly rated, up to 30
- possibly eggnog, then 3 - 4 tablespoon
- Syrup, (currant syrup, black)

- Bring the cream and water with raw cane sugar to the boil, remove the saucepan from the hob, add the pudding powder mixed with a little water and bring to the boil again briefly. Stir in the grated ginger and mix in eggnog if you like. Let the pudding cream cool down. Then serve the pudding with black currant syrup.
- If you like to bite on fresh pieces of ginger, you can also chop the ginger.
- The pudding cream is also suitable as a cake topping.
