Ingredients
- 1 small lime (s), juice it
- 350 ml juice (blood orange)
- 250 ml milk
- 1 ½ pack custard powder, vanilla
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

- Mix the custard powder with 6 tablespoons of the milk, 3 tablespoons of the blood orange juice, the juice of the lime, the sugar, vanilla sugar and the cinnamon in a bowl until there are no more lumps. Bring the rest of the milk and blood orange juice to a boil. As soon as the mixture boils, remove it from the stove and slowly add the pudding powder, stirring constantly. Mix well and bring to the boil at least once.
- Then place in cold rinsed dessert bowls and let cool down until ready to eat. Garnish with a slice of blood orange and lime.
