  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 orange (s), grated zest it
  • 100 g suar
  • 600 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed (from approx. 10 oranges)
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 175 degrees. Mix eggs with egg yolks, orange peel and sugar. Bring the orange juice to the boil, let it cool down a little and stir into the egg cream.
  2. Pour through a sieve into 8 portion molds (150 ml each). Place the molds on a deep baking sheet filled with water, slide them carefully into the oven and bake at 175 degrees for about 60 minutes.
  3. Then let it cool down briefly, sprinkle powdered sugar on the orange flans and brown in the oven under the grill.
