Ingredients
- 1 bulb garlic
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ caraway or cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper, green or black
- 2 orange (s) or bitter oranges, the juice them
- 1 pinch (s) parsley, fresh, dried or frozen

- Peel and roughly chop the garlic bulb (maybe start with 5 - 6 cloves). Chop the pepper into small cubes. Roughly chop the parsley, if it is fresh, frozen or dried parsley is also possible.
- Puree everything with the hand blender. Add the orange juice (also with some pulp) while stirring constantly.
