Ingredients

  • 200 g marzipan (raw mixture), cut into small pieces
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 packet flavor ( double Finesse orange fruit) or grated zest 2 unsprayed oranges
  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 0.5 ½ glass jelly (orange) or apricot jam
  • 1 cup cake icing (chocolate)

Instructions

  1. The soft butter, the chopped marzipan, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar are whipped until the marzipan has dissolved. Then add the eggs and the finesse packs, mix everything very well again. Sift the flour, mix with the cornstarch and add to the mixture at once, stir briefly.
  2. From the finished dough, approx. 4 cm sticks of the same length with a small star nozzle are sprayed onto baking paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven to 160 ° C hot air until they are golden yellow. This takes about 8-10 minutes. Remove the baking paper from the tray and let it cool on a flat surface.
  4. Stir the jam until smooth and stick 2 sticks together with it. Then dip up to about 1/3 on one side in the meanwhile heated and liquid chocolate glaze, then let it dry on baking paper.
  5. Pack airtight. The sticks will soon be super juicy, very crumbly and will last a long time.
