Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta (orecchiette)
  • Salt water
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, untreated, grated
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 60 ml vegetable stock
  • 35 g flaked almonds, toasted
  • 35 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the orecchiette in salted water until al dente, drain and set aside. Sweat butter, garlic and lemon zest in a saucepan for 1 minute. Then add the broccoli and steam for 3 - 4 minutes.
  2. Then add lemon juice, broth, salt, pepper and the pasta. Mix well. Then sprinkle with the almonds and parmesan.
