- 500 g broccoli
- salt
- 1 tablespoon almond (s), flakes
- 40 g butter

- Clean and wash the broccoli, cut into small florets and cook in a little boiling salted water until al dente. Roast the almond flakes in a pan without fat until golden, then add the butter and let it melt. Drain the broccoli and serve with almond butter.
