  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 140 g flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. The unit of measure for this quick cake is the cream cup. You can then easily stir the other ingredients together very quickly.
  2. Mix the flour with the cream, baking powder, eggs and ½ cup of sugar to form a dough and spread the dough on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 ° for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the milk with the remaining sugar (½ cup) and the butter in a small saucepan on the stove and stir until smooth. Spread this mixture on the cake, sprinkle with 140-200 g flaked almonds and bake the cake until golden yellow for another 10 minutes.
  4. The cake tastes best fresh!
