Ingredients
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g cream cheese
- 500 g quark
- 80 g suar
- 2 packs biscuit (s), (oreo biscuits)

- Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Mix the mascarpone, cream cheese, quark and sugar together well. Fold in the whipped cream.
- Chop the oreo biscuits into small pieces. Layer the cream mixture and the biscuit mixture in dessert glasses.
