Ingredients
- 25 biscuit (s) (Oreos)
- 1 bowl strawberries
- 250 g quark
- 1 cup yogurt (vanilla flavor)
- 1 bar chocolate, white
- possibly butter, melt

- Quarter the strawberries and chop the oreos. I do this in the food processor, but it also works with a freezer bag and rolling pin. If you like, you can stir in a little melted butter.
- Then melt the white chocolate. Mix the quark and yogurt with the mixer and add melted white chocolate. Mix everything well.
- Layer alternately oreos, strawberries and the cream in glasses. Tastes best fresh out of the refrigerator.
