  • 2 apples, Boskop
  • 2 tablespoon almonds, chopped
  • 2 date (s), dried
  • 2 fig (s), dried
  • 40 g marzipan
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples, use the cutter and remove the stems.
  2. Chop the dates, figs and marzipan into fine pieces and then mix together with the honey, cinnamon and almonds. Put everything into the apples with a spoon, you can push it in with a wooden spoon handle.
  3. Butter a small ovenproof dish, place a few flakes of butter on the apples and bake at around 160 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with vanilla sauce.
