Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, sour
  • 2 marzipan potatoes
  • 1 candy (domino)
  • some butter
  • 2 tablespoon egg liqueur

Instructions

  1. Release the core with an apple cutter and insert two marzipan potatoes into the hole at the bottom. Place the apple in a baking dish and press a domino (possibly more, depending on the size of the apple) into it.
  2. Brush the apple well with butter and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (fork test). Pour eggnog while it is still hot and enjoy immediately.
