Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 40 g cranberries
  • 4 tablespoon orange juice
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g yourt (vanilla)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 8 cl egg liqueur
  • 20 g almond (s), flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash 4 apples (175g each), remove the core with an apple cutter. Cut the apple peel lengthways all around. Fill the apples with 40g of cranberries and place in a baking dish. Pour 4 tablespoons of orange juice over them and fry them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (gas 3, convection 180 degrees) for 35-40 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, whip 100 ml. Whipped cream until stiff. 250g vanilla yoghurt, 1pk. Mix the vanilla sugar and 8 cl egg liqueur. Briefly fold in the cream.
  3. Toast 20g flaked almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Place the baked apple on the dessert plate. Serve with the egg liqueur sauce and the almond flakes.
