Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon spice mixture, (Ras el Hanout)
  • 1 tablespoon spice mixture, (Baharat)
  • 1 pinch saffron, ground
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 250 g tomato (s), passed
  • 100 g ketchup
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 50 g date (s)
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 400 g french fries
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 sausages or curry sausages
  • some olive oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Briefly fry the spice mixes in a little olive oil in a small saucepan. Add three cloves of garlic whole. After briefly frying the spices, add 250 g of tomato strains and bring everything to the boil briefly. Season the sauce with a pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt. Bring 100 g tomato ketchup to the boil, add a pinch of saffron.
  2. Fry four sausages or curry sausages in the pan in a little oil on both sides.
  3. Finely chop the dates and mint. Meanwhile, prepare the French fries in the oven or deep fryer. Mix the finished french fries in a bowl with the finely chopped peppermint and a little salt.
  4. For the mint mayonnaise, mix finely chopped dates, 100 g mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Arrange everything side by side.
