- 200 g rice
- salt
- 1 leek
- 2 carrot (s)
- oil
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 teaspoon curry
- Teaspoon cinnamon

- Wash rice, cook until done.
- Wash, clean, quarter and cut the leek and carrots. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. season with salt, curry and cinnamon. Add the leek and carrots. Pour in some water and simmer for approx. 10 minutes.
- Fold in rice and season.
