- 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 80 g oat flakes, fine
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons flaxseed, crushed
- 2 dashes agave syrup
- 1 mango (s)
- 1 passion fruit

- Mix oat flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds, almond milk and agave syrup in a bowl and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the mixture is firmer
- Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small pieces
- Place the mango and the inside of the passion fruit in a higher bowl and puree with the hand blender. Now add the fruit puree to the mixture and cover it in the refrigerator overnight.
- I always fill the two portions into two boxes so that they are portioned.
