Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g flour
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
For the sauce:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Onion (s), to taste
- 2 tablespoon flour
- liter ⅛ red wine
- Madeira, to taste
- Worcestershire sauce, to taste
- Tomato ketchup, 1 - 3 tablespoon, to taste

- 100 ml milk
- 100 g cheese (e.. Emmentaler), rated (more if you like)

- Pancake batter:
- First you make a dough from the specified ingredients and then bake 7 - 8 pancakes.
- Minced meat sauce:
- To start, cut the onions into small pieces, season the minced meat with salt and pepper and steam both. Then dust with the flour, deglaze with the red wine and season with Madeira, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes until the liquid has reduced a little.

- Egg milk:

- Baking information:
- Top / bottom heat: at 200 ° C approx. 25 minutes
- Fan oven: at 180 ° C approx. 25 minutes
- Remarks:
- The taste of the minced meat sauce can vary depending on the red wine used. I took a riocha last time. It went wonderfully with it.
- A possible remainder also tastes very good cold.
- Of course you can reheat the rest of it, but we usually don`t get that far.
