Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat (pork)
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 1 scoop mozzarella
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons spices for minced meat
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon fat for the baking dish
- Paprika powder
- 1 point puff pastry from the cooling shelf (as a roll)

- Clean the bell pepper and finely dice it together with the mozzarella. Mix well with the minced meat, egg, mustard, minced meat seasoning and breadcrumbs.
- Unroll the puff pastry roll. Shape the minced meat mixture into an elongated roll and place on top. Fold the puff pastry over the minced meat roll and press it onto the edges. Mix the egg yolks with the milk, brush the puff pastry roll with it. Sprinkle with some paprika powder.
- Place the roll in a flat, greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven in the lower third at 200 ° C for about 50 - 60 minutes (depending on the thickness of the roll).
- If the puff pastry is too dark on top, cover with some aluminum foil for the rest of the cooking time.
- This goes well with pasta or mashed potatoes or just a green salad.
- Tastes warm and cold.
