  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 75 g meat sausae
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brush the bread with margarine. Cut the green peppers into rings and the red ones into small cubes. Cut the onion into rings and the sausage into strips.
  2. Place the pepper rings on the bread.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients with the oil, vinegar, parsley and spices and place on top.
