Ingredients
- 4 egg (s)
- 220 g suar
- 250 ml oil
- 250 ml milk
- 2 packs cream powder (paradise cream chocolate flavor)
- 250 g flour, smooth
- 1 packet baking powder
- Butter and flour for the mold

- Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy until the mixture is nice and light. Then mix in the oil, milk and paradise cream powder. The mass is now really chocolatey! Finally fold in the flour and baking powder. The dough should now be particularly creamy. Unlike normal cake mixes, the dough is firmer.
- Butter a spring or bundt cake pan and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C (hot air) for 1 hour. The dough should no longer stick to the stick test.
- If desired, the cooled cake can then be glazed (200 g of cooking chocolate and 250 g of butter melt together) and topped with marshmallows.
