  • 3 handfuls vegetables, mixed to taste
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, peeled, whole
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Place a large sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. Place vegetables (onions, leeks, kohlrabi, broccoli, peppers, etc.) and garlic on the baking paper and drizzle with lemon juice and oil.
  3. Then fold the parchment paper into a parcel so that nothing can leak.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  5. Open the packet carefully because of the steam that may escape and to catch the juice that has been created.
