  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Sear the minced meat and season, add a little garlic towards the end.
  3. Grease the baking dish. Peel the parsnips and potatoes and place in the pan. Clean the leek, cut into fine strips and layer in the form. Pour the minced meat over it. Cut the paprika (I took red, it will be nice and sweet) into strips and spread them on top.
  4. Mix the cream with the vegetable stock and spices and pour over the casserole.
  5. Put everything in the oven for 20 minutes, then cover with some cheese and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
