Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg potato (s)
  • 1 vegetable onion (s)
  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 0.25 liter ¼ white wine
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 200 g cream
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 300 g leek
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes as jacket potatoes for about 20 minutes. Quench in cold water and peel off the peel.
  2. In the meantime, clean and wash the leek and cut into thick rings. Dice the vegetable onion and sauté in oil. Add the minced meat and fry. Add tomato paste and flour, sauté briefly and deglaze with white wine, milk and cream. Bring to the boil again and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Then stir in the processed cheese and add the leek.
  3. Place the potatoes with the sauce in a roasting pan or baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes. Serve garnished with herbs.
  5. Tip: If you don`t like the wine in the sauce, you can also use broth instead. I always take more liquid than stated anyway, otherwise it can get a bit dry.
