Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, sep.
  • 2 tablespoon ajvar
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 3 large tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • possibly herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Heat the oil and sweat the onion in it. Add the mince and fry. Season with salt, pepper and thyme (if you like, you can also add a little parsley underneath). Add ajvar and stir.
  2. Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini and tomatoes.
  3. Heat butter or margarine and sweat the flour in it. Deglaze with the milk while stirring and bring to the boil. Season to taste with the broth, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Layer the potatoes, mince, sauce and vegetables in a baking dish. Finish with a few potato and vegetable slices and some sauce. Scatter parmesan on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C (fan oven) for about 45 minutes and decorate with herbs as desired.
