Ingredients
- 100 ml syrup, (cherry syrup)
- 250 ml pineapple juice
- 250 ml juice, (banana juice)
- 350 ml orange juice, (blood orange juice)
- 750 ml lemonade, (bitter lemon)
- 750 ml mineral water

- Mix all ingredients and chill well (possibly with ice cubes).
- To serve, place in a punch bowl and pour over 750 ml of bitter lemon and 750 ml of mineral water. Add fruit as you like - fresh peaches go very well.
- The bitter lemon gives this punch the right whistle.
