Ingredients
- 10 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
- 1 cup sour cream
- 250 g meat sausae, (who wants the turkey)
- 1 can peas
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 bag / s spice mix (salad topping spring herbs)
- Parsley, (fresh or dried)
- 500 g bell pepper (s), in all colors
- 2 apples, peeled
- 250 g noodles, (croissant noodles, cooked)
- 250 g cucumber (s) (pickles)
- 4 tomato (s)

- Cut the sausage, peppers, apples and pickles into small cubes. Chop the tomatoes. Mix the pasta with all the ingredients. The topping of the salad is only lifted underneath and not dressed with vinegar and oil. Let it steep briefly.
- Tip: use a large bowl! Even during the preparation!
