Ingredients
- 1 onion (s), chopped
- 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 300 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 red pepper (s), diced
- 1 small Head savoy cabbage, cut into strips
- 3 tomato (s), diced
- 100 g cheese, rated (liht)
- 2 teaspoons stock, granulated (instant)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano, grated
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 350 g pasta

- Fry the onions and garlic in margarine. Add tomato paste and deglaze with milk and cream. Add the paprika sticks and savoy cabbage strips and cook everything over a low heat for about 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water.
- Add tomatoes and cheese to the savoy cabbage. Melt the cheese and cook the tomatoes for another 5 minutes, then season with the spices. Mix in the pasta, let it steep for 5 minutes and serve.
