- 300 g beef, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 onions)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red pepper (s), diced
- 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s)
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 dash vinegar
- salt and pepper

- Briefly fry the beef cubes in oil so that they are still slightly pink on the inside. Take out of the pan. Cut the onions into rings, sauté 1 onion in the frying fat (add the other raw to the salad), also the pressed garlic, then fry the diced paprika in the pan for 5 minutes.
