Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain well and set aside.
Heat the cream cheese with the broth and grated lemon zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Clean or defrost the spinach. Finely dice the shallots.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, fry all over in oil, season with salt and pepper. Then remove from the pan and set aside, then fry the shallots in the oil until translucent. Add the spinach, let it collapse and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Put the pasta, spinach and salmon in a baking dish and pour the cream cheese sauce over it. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
