Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli
  • salt
  • 500 g macaroni
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 400 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 205 g sour cream
  • 150 g Gouda, medieval, rated
  • Fat for the shape
  • Pepper, whiter

Instructions

  1. Divide broccoli into florets and sauté in salted water. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Dice the onion and sauté in the fat. Add the minced meat and fry. Season to taste with tomato paste, salt and pepper. Add half of the sour cream. Layer everything in a greased dish, finally pour the rest of the sour cream and the grated cheese on top.
  3. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
