Ingredients

  • 300 g broccoli, fresher
  • 300 g pasta, cooked
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 ml milk, low-fat
  • some parsley, fresh or dried
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 150 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Chop the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water for about 3 - 4 minutes.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the milk and add the finely chopped onion. Add parsley, salt and pepper to season.
  3. Now mix the pasta and broccoli in a flat baking dish. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
