Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 bell peppers, colored, washed and diced
  • 1 can tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes)
  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 handful basil, roughly chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) Sambal Oelek
  • 1 cup broth
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon oil for the casserole dish
  • 200 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente. In the meantime, fry the minced meat, add the tomatoes, broth, peppers and tomato paste and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Then season strongly with marjoram and basil and season with salt, pepper and sambal oelek.
  2. Put the pasta in the oiled baking dish, pour the sauce over it, sprinkle everything with the cheese and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 °.
