Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime you can clean the zucchini and peppers and cut them into cubes.
Fry the zucchini and paprika cubes in a saucepan with a little hot oil, then season with salt, pepper and add a little paprika powder. When everything has stewed a little, add the cream and sour cream.
Drain the noodles as soon as they are firm to the bite. Place in a baking dish together with the zucchini-paprika-cream mixture. I now take 1 bag of cheese and then mix it with the pasta. I scatter the other pack on top.
Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes until the cheese is golden yellow.
