Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 4 tablespoon pesto, red, homemade
  • 200 g sheep cheese or feta cheese
  • pepper

Also: (for the pesto)

  • 80 g tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 25 g tomato paste
  • 45 g parmesan cheese
  • 50 ml oil from the drained tomatoes, including herbs
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker (e.g. grape balsamic vinegar)
  • 2 ½ tablespoon pine nuts
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. For the pesto (makes approx. 4 servings), mix or chop all ingredients with a hand blender and season with pepper.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and mix with 4 tablespoons of pesto. Mix in the crumbled sheep cheese, season with pepper.
  3. Put the mixture in a baking dish and bake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
