Ingredients
- 250 noodles
- 50 g bacon, lean, smoked, diced
- 75 g feta cheese, marinated in herb oil
- 3 large tomato (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 large bell pepper (s)
- Use 4 tablespoon olive oil or the oil from the pickled cheese
- 1 small bunch chives
- 3 tablespoon sour cream
- 3 tablespoon natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- herbs Provence
- basil

- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse and transfer to a bowl.
- Cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into bite-sized cubes. Dice the smoked bacon. Dice or press the garlic very finely. Dice cheese. Cut the chives into rolls.
- Put everything in the salad bowl. Add sour cream, natural yoghurt and olive oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs. Mix well.
- You can eat it right away or let it steep.
