Ingredients
- 350 g riatoni or penne
- 300 g cream
- 50 ml milk
- 50 ml water
- 150 g tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 ½ parsley, fresh
- Herbs, Italian
- 5 piece (s) chili peppers, mild
- 2 tomato (s)
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 150 g mountain cheese or Emmentaler

- Boil the noodles and drain them if they are not quite cooked as they will continue to cook in the oven.
- Make a sauce from cream, milk, water and tomato paste and mix with chopped garlic and finely chopped parsley and season with salt, pepper and possibly Italian herbs.
- Put the pasta in a baking dish, sprinkle with pepperoni rings, tomato cubes and feta cheese cubes, pour the sauce evenly over everything and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
