Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta, e.., spiral noodles or broken macaroni
  • 300 ml dressing (yoghurt dressing), low in calories
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 small Can (s) peas (alternatively /2 packet frozen peas)
  • 1 small Jar pickled cucumber (gherkins)
  • 3 apples, sweet and sour
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. The pasta is cooked al dente in salted water and set aside to cool.
  2. Onions and peppers are cut into small pieces (approx. 1 cm²), as are the pickles and apples. They are placed in a sufficiently large bowl with the peas. The cooled noodles are added and the dressing is stirred into the salad. Then it is seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Note: this vegetable is just an example of the composition. You can also add other vegetables, such as corn or red beans, and possibly cucumber or tomatoes to the salad
  4. Cut eggs, olives, leeks and spring onions are also very tasty in the salad. If you want to put the salad together as a complete meal, you can also mix in fried meat cubes or meat sausage or small meatballs. And if you want to do more work, you can also make the yogurt dressing yourself, I will set the recipe for this separately.
