Pasta with Cucumbers

For this dish, I use a different pasta every time. Today it’s spaghetti. But you can cook pasta with cucumbers with horns and spirals.
Cook: 30 mins
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients
- Pasta – 500 Grams
- Cucumber – 1-2 Pieces (If long, then one.)
- Ground black pepper – To taste
- Salt – To taste
- Heavy Cream – 250 Milliliters
- Parmesan Cheese – 100 Grams
- Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
- Butter – 30 Grams
- Greens – To taste
Directions
- Place the pasta to simmer.
- Peel the cucumber and cut into cubes.
- Mix boiled pasta with cucumber.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese and crushed garlic. Get in the way. Cook for about five minutes. Pour the creamy sauce over the pasta and cucumber. Get in the way. Garnish with herbs before serving.
