Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta your choice
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 1 glass beef stock
  • 1 bunch lemon balm
  • 1 pinch (s) lemon (s) - zest, grated
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan, freshly grated
  • possibly sauce thickener if required

Instructions

  1. Cut the ham into small pieces and fry in hot olive oil. Peel, chop and add onions and garlic. Deglaze with white wine. Add the beef stock, chopped lemon balm, lemon peel and lemon juice and simmer (approx. 5-10 minutes). Then season to taste with the spices, if necessary thicken with a sauce thickener.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Arrange on plates and serve the finished portions sprinkled with parmesan flakes.
  4. Tastes delicious, refreshing, easy and quick.
