Ingredients
- 500 g pasta
- Salt water
- 900 g spinach (2 x 450 , frozen)
- 250 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
- 1 large onion (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 150 g cream cheese with herbs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. The onion and garlic are sweated briefly and then poured over with the broth.
- Bring the whole thing to the boil briefly and then add the thawed spinach and cream cheese and let it warm up. Season to taste. Serve with the pasta.
