  • 20 g oil
  • 600 g spinach leaves
  • 100 g Goronzola, (or Österkron)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g ribbon noodles (whole rain)
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and roast it, chop the spinach leaves and cook for 5 minutes, then drain off any water that may have leaked out. Dice the Gorgonzola, mix with the cream and add to the spinach. Heat carefully and then season.
