Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 hot pepper, green
  • 250 g chanterelles
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 350 g cherry tomato (s), halved
  • 3 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 400 g pasta, (Spirelli)
  • a bit salt
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 200 ml cream, liquid
  • some pepper
  • some chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or similar sweetness
  • 2 tablespoon chives, fresh, in small rolls

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into strips. Halve the peppers, core them and cut into strips. Wash the chanterelles thoroughly. Cut the bacon into strips and fry them in the oil until crispy. Add the mushrooms and the onion and stir-fry until the liquid has evaporated.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water as instructed.
  3. Stir tomato paste into the mushroom pan and pour on the cream. Add the tomato halves and simmer on a low heat for 4-5 minutes with the lid closed. Season to taste with pepper, salt and maple syrup. Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce and serve. Sprinkle with chives.
