Ingredients
- g 1,300 peach (s), approx. 10 pieces, pitted
- 600 g banana (s), peeled
- 650 g onion (s)
- 400 ml vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 500 g suar, brown
- 3 teaspoon curry
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds, ground
- 2 hot peppers, red
- 2 chilli pepper (s), dried

- Core, peel and cut the peaches into cubes. Cut the bananas into slices. Cut the onions into cubes. Add the spices and vinegar and cook everything over a medium heat for about 1 1/2 hours until it becomes thick.
- Pour hot into sterilized jars
