Ingredients
- 500 g peach (s)
- 2 onions)
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 handful mint
- 175 ml vinegar, (honey vinegar)
- 150 ml peach juice
- 250 g preservin suar, 3: 1
- 1 tablespoon curry, please only use high quality!
- salt
- Pepper from the grinder

- Peel and core the peaches and cut into small cubes. Finely dice the onions, garlic and chilli as well. Finely chop the mint.
- Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Let it simmer for approx. 1 hour while stirring regularly. Caution: burns easily.
- Pour the chutney into glasses and turn them to cool.
