  • 500 g quark
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 large can pear (s)
  • 400 g cream
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 60 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, vanilla sugar and sugar. Drain the pears, cut them into small pieces and mix with the chocolate sprinkles into the sugar quark. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and carefully fold into the quark.
