Ingredients

  • 30 g butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 2 thick pear (s)
  • 200 g polenta
  • 250 ml soy drink
  • 3 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Peel the pears and cut into small cubes, add to the melted butter with the cinnamon and polenta and sauté briefly. Pour the soy drink on. Sweeten with the agave syrup and round off with the salt. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring several times.
  3. Immediately pour the polenta into a serving bowl and serve it while it is still warm.
  4. If you like, you can add a few roasted almonds or hazelnut kernels to the polenta - this gives a crispy contrast to the creamy polenta.
