Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes, peel and cut into slices
  • 16 slices bacon, streaky
  • 12 slices cheese
  • 1 onion (s), cut into rings
  • 1 bell pepper (s), cut into rings
  • 16 slices salami
  • 8 mushrooms sliced
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled
  • 4 egg (s)
  • Pizza seasoning
  • Oil, for frying out

Instructions

  1. Fry the potato slices in oil until crispy, place them in a fan shape on the baking sheet. Dice tomatoes, mix with pizza seasoning, place on potato slices. Top with onion, bell pepper, bacon, salami and mushrooms. Pour cheese over it. Carefully crack the eggs and place on top of the cheese. Baked in the oven at 200 degrees.
