Ingredients

  • 500 g penne
  • 150 g sheep cheese, softer, (possibly more)
  • 250 g beans, fresh reen, cleaned
  • 3 stalks savory, fresh
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Olive oil, to taste

Penne with Green Beans and Feta Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne as directed.
  2. Cook the beans in salted water with a little savory until crisp and rinse in the ice water. Leave out the ham cubes until crispy, then add the finely chopped garlic and sweat with it.
  3. Put the penne in a large bowl, add the beans and the finely plucked feta cheese and pour the bacon and garlic mixture on top. Mix everything well with the rest of the plucked savory and grind over with coarse pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil to taste.
