Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 onions)
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 2 small peppers, red
- 2 bell peppers, yellow
- 750 g canned tomato (s)
- 300 g penne
- 300 g cheese (smoked), pure, ham or chilli
- salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Coriander powder

- Chop the onions and peppers, chop the garlic and fry in oil for 3 minutes.
- Prepare the peppers, then cut them into thin strips and cut them into thirds again. Add tomatoes and peppers to the pan, season with salt, oregano and coriander and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook the penne al dente, drain it, don`t put it off.
- Cut the smoked cheese into small pieces and mix the pasta with the cheese thoroughly. Add the sauce and stir again thoroughly. Arrange on pasta plates.
